Proud of Step 3 of PSO!
Recently Ortessa (mother organization of Rondo, Van Kaathoven, Lammertyn.net, veyzle and Valor) reached 'Step 3' on the Performance Ladder Social Entrepreneurship (PSO) and we are proud of it! The PSO is the scientifically supported measuring instrument and quality mark of TNO that objectively measures and makes visible the degree of social entrepreneurship. The independent assessment by a certifying agency shows that Ortessa is one of the leaders in providing employment for the PSO target group!
Inclusive employment
The objective of the PSO is to help more people with a vulnerable position in the labour market find work in a sustainable and high-quality manner. We do this not only by facilitating workplaces in our own organization, but also by stimulating our suppliers and contractors to do social business. We consciously choose to purchase products or services from SW companies and/or other PSO-certified organizations. This is also called chain stimulation. By allowing more organizations to do social business, we grow together towards a more inclusive society.
As an organization, we attach great value to social involvement and making a social contribution. In addition, we strive to do as much business as possible with relations who, like us, consider this important.
Levels of the PSO-Performanceladder
The PSO has four performance levels for which a PSO certificate can be awarded. The idea behind the Step approach is that organizations can grow on the PSO Performance Ladder by sustainably providing more employment to vulnerable groups in our society. Ortessa has grown on the PSO-Performanceladder from Step 2 to Step 3. This means that Ortessa provides employment to more people from the PSO target group than organizations of the same size class, and we are among the 10% best performing companies!
